European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Furniture retail group Castorama (12,000 employees) has announced the recruitment of 130 employees at its new site near Bordeaux, which is expected to open on 29th September 2011. According to the management, 60% of the new workers were recruited locally in the vicinity of the new site.
