Description

Polish insurer Powchechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń (PZU) is to open a new Employee Operation Centre (Centrum Operacji Pracowniczych) in Piła where 150 people are expected to be hired.

The company started the recruitment in April 2011 and has already hired 70 employees. The newly established unit will provide employee-related services within the group, which employs 12,000 people across Poland.

The new centre will deal with HR managament including recruitment, payrolls, pensions, medical care and other social benefits, management of employee benefit fund, and working time monitoring.
