European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Spanish retail chain Vidal Europa has agreed a labour force adjustment plan with its works committee, which will affect 122 jobs in its supermarket division, whilst 500 jobs will remain safe. This comes after the firm reduced its network of stores (including Masymas, Consum and Hiperber stores) from 56 to 39.
