Description

The Government has announced it will reduce staff in the National Customs Authority by 1,427 people. The restructuring will affect personnel both at the headquarters and territorial departments. The decision is due to the need to reduce public expenditure. The decision was taken on the 1st of June and published in the Official Gazette no. 405/ on 9 June 2011 and started on that same day.
