European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Spanish company Hibramer, whch is part of the group Nueva Rumasa, has presented a redundancy plan affecting all its workers. The company has been undergoing voluntary bankruptcy proceedings since 25 March 2011. The bankruptcy is blamed on the crisis which has hit hard the whole Nueva Rumasa group.
