Description
Dynamit Nobel GmbH at Leverkusen, a supplier to the chemical and agro industries (Bayer in particular) announced the loss of 73 jobs. The Leverkusen-based company employs at the moment a total of 380. A social plan was settled. According to management and works council. The reasons for downsizing have been strong competition especially from Asia. The company has in addition failed to develop new innovative products in time.
