European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Linak, a producer of electric actuator systems, is to dismiss 198 workers due to a sharp decline in demand for mechanical and electronic machinery and financial pressures.
As reported, Denmark has applied for assistance from the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) based on restructuring that took place in the company in 2009.
