European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ETA, a Czech manufacturer of household appliances, is to cut 50 out of 255 jobs at its Hlinsko site due to the relocation of production to the city of Milotice nad Bečvou in June 2011. ETA brand appliances will be produced by E-Technik. ETA says that ongoing restructuring measures will increase competitiveness.
