Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The IT services provider Atos Origin announced its intention to recruit 120 engineers at its sites of Blois and Orléans in 2011, where 1,200 employees are currently employed. The company's annual revenues are EUR 5.0 billion and it employs 49,000 people in 40 countries.
