European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
STVE, a transport company, has been placed into compulsory liquidation on 11 February 2011 by the Commercial court of Arras, leaving 114 employees jobless. Following the take over of transport company La Flèche du Nord in January 2010, the company had to face severe losses and did not receive public subsidies (300,000 euro) it was promised by local authorities and the bank Crédit Agricole.
