The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
American internet retailer Amazon will establish its European contact centre in Bratislava. This new investment will result in the creation of 100 new jobs by the end of 2011. According to media reports, the decision to open the new centre in Bratislava is attributed to the availability of suitable labour as well as flight connections.
