Description
Yell has announced that it is to close call centres in Bristol and Newport, and relocate most order processing activities in Glasgow and Reading to India. The company said that the economic climate and the move from call to digital media were the main reasons for the relocation. The move will affect 100 employees in Bristol, 45 in Newport, 78 in Reading and 60 in Glasgow.
