Description
Novoles is a household furniture producing company from Straža at Novo mesto in the Jugovzhodna Slovenija region. At the moment, the company employs 709 employees (At the beginning of 2008, the number of employees was 890) and plan to further reduce employment. In 2009, the orders fell by 29%. This prompted radical internal restructuring. The process of internal restructuring will be accomplished by the end of 2010, when the number of employees will be 629, meaning a reduction of 80 jobs.
