Description
České dráhy ( (Czech Railways) has announced its plan to cut 300 jobs by the end of 2011. The restructuring will mainly affect employees in administrative positions. It is the second largest employer in the country currently employing 26,674 people. In 2010, the company announced between 500 and 600 job cuts (see related fact sheet).
