The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 15 March 2011, construction company Gradbeno podjetje Grospuplje (GPG) filed for bankruptcy and some 221 employees will lose their jobs. The job losses are blamed on the fact that the company is unable to sell already finished flats.
