European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Walter Services Austria, a call center employing some 160 employees, is planning on hiring 100 additional workers, making it the biggest employer in the region by 2012. The call center, which has taken over the call center company Ringo and its 60 employees in 2009, has recruited a big order from a large customer from the mobile phone sector, making the expansion necessary.
