Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
DataContact opened a new call center in Stalowa Wola in January 2011. The company plans to hire 150 people. The call center is oriented on providing services mainly for Russian language customers. DataContact received financial support of 12 million PLN from Gimv, a European investment company, in October 2010.
DataContact has been operating in Poland since 1995 and it was the first company on the outsourcing services market in Poland. The newly opened call center is the second one in Poland (the first operates in Warsaw).
