Description
The Leeds Council has announced plans to cut 1500 jobs by end of March 2012. The job losses are part of wider budget cuts foreseen for the next financial year starting in Arpril.The Council faces up to a £90 million of cuts - caused by £50 million less in government grants and £40 million from cost pressures.
