Description
On 26 January 2011, mining equipment manufacturer Famur announced that it will open a new factory in the Katowice Special Economic Zone on 4 February 2011. This business expansion will create 100 new jobs.
It is one of the largest investments in the industrial sector in Poland in recent years - the whole investment will be of over EUR 35 million (the company received over EUR 10.8 million from European funds).
