Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The nuclear group Areva announced it would recruit 1,000 employees in 2011 in France, one third of which will be recent university graduates. 60% of the new recruits will be engineers or of graduate level. The recruitment in France is part of global recruitment amounting to 3,000 jobs.
