European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Irish supermarket chain Superquinn has announced that it is closing its store in Naas, Co Kildare, resulting in 110 redundancies. The Mandate union said Superquinn has given employees 30 days' notice, with the store set to close on 4 February. Superquinn said the closure is due to the expiry of the lease on the property.
