European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 17 December 2010, a carrier company operating in Utena Bleiras announced its bankruptcy and all 139 employees of the company were dismissed on December 31, 2010. Bleiras was established in 2000 in Utena. Its main activity was transportation of cars and other goods on a local and international scale. The company had subsidiary carrier companies in Russia and Ukraine.
