European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 8 December 2010, Eliance, a subsidiary of the catering and restaurant group Elior, opened a fast food restaurant in a partnership with the fast food brand Quick and created 120 positions. Quick has 17,000 employees in over 360 restaurant in France. The new restaurant will be located in the train station of Lyon Part-Dieu.
