Description
On 2 December 2010, a dolomite mining company Dolomit announced it will open a new dolomite mine in Chruszczobrody by Łazy in the Śląskie Voivodeship, where 200 people will be employed. The company expects that the mine will be opened in mid-2011. The dolomite deposits are estimated at about 250 million tons, thus it will be the biggest dolomite mine in Poland and the deposits can be utilized for 200 years.
