European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The glass company AGC Glass Europe has presented a restructuring plan for the Zeebrugge's site resulting in the loss of 101 jobs. During an extraordinary work council, the group management explained that the restructuring is due to the decrease in productivity. The 'Renault' procedure has been initiated by the group management and negotiations will start on 7th December.
