The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 17 November 2010, the French telecommunications company Orange announced that it had recruited 204 employees in the South East region (Midi Pyrénéee, Languedoc-Roussillon) in 2010. According to management, this is the highest number of new recruits in any one year over the last decade.
