European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 16 November 2010 the court of Colmar placed BE Concept into liquidation, resulting in the loss of 103 positions. The company, which specialised in the production, installation, and maintenance of industrial machines, was declared insolvent in March and has since failed to generate any interest among its competitors or investors, which may have improved the fate of the company and its workforce.
