European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Brembo, a manufacturer of automotive brake systems, will hire 200 people in a new factory in Dąbrowa Górnicza (in the Katowice Special Economical Zone). The company will begin opening factory units in 2011 and should be finished by the end of 2013. Brembo has been operating in the Polish Katowice Special Economic Zone since 2002, where it operates a brake disk factory, which employs 680 workers.
