Description
Engineering, a global player in the information technology services sector, is to cut 112 jobs. The job cuts will affect sites in Milan, Rome, Turin, Pont-Saint-Martin and Pozzuoli (NA). According to the company, the internal reorganization is necessary although Engineering made good profits in 2009. The trade unions reacted to the company's decision announcing several protest actions. In Italy, Engineering has around 6,200 employees.
