Description

On 7 December 2010, the daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported on the car manufacturer BMW's intention to create 1,300 jobs in Germany by the end of 2011. Already at the beginning of November, the same paper had reported that BMW will create 800 new jobs at its production site in Leipzig. The job creation in Leipzig is part of the company's plan to manufacture a new line of electric cars called ‘Megacity Vehicles'.
