On 13 October 2010, IT company CIBER announced plans to hire 200 people in the newly opened International IT Service Centre in Poznań. By the end of 2010 the company will have hired 80 out of 200 new staff members. The Centre supplies round-the-clock technical support for customers throughout the world, including the monitoring of customers' IT infrastructure, web operations and application services.CIBER is a global IT consulting, services and outsourcing company, which was founded in 1974 in USA. The company has 72 offices in 19 countries throughout Asia, Europe and North America. The Centre in Poznań is the first office in Central Europe.
