Description

On 29 September 2010 the world's largest software company Microsoft announced a plan to hire 140 employees for the newly opened Software Development Center in Wroclaw. The centre will initially sign contracts with 70 workers and plans to hire 70 additional workers by the end of 2011. The concept behind this Software Development Centre began in 2008 when Microsoft took over Ciao (online shopping website). The Ciao Commerce Division operates the website in seven countries in Europe. The new Microsoft Center in Wroclaw aims to provide software solutions for Ciao.
