Description

On 28 September 2010, the boards of Telekomunikacja Polska (Polish Telecom) and PTK Centertel (Polish mobile phone network operator) announced the creation of a subsidiary company Orange Customer Service, which will recruit 2,000 new people. Another 5,000 people will be reallocated to Orange Customer Service from the parent companies, hence increasing the total workforce of newly created company to 7,000. The restructuring process should save expenses within the Group. All reallocated employees are covered by a guarantee of employment and salary for 18 months.
