Description
At the beginning of December 2010, PKP Cargo, a rail freight carrier, will begin to implement the second phase of their restructuring programme, resulting in 5000 to 7000 redundancies by the end of 2014. The reduction will be mainly through retirement. PKP Cargo plans to combine the 16 plants located across Poland and reduce their number to 10.
