Floor producer Armstrong announced on September 23 2010 that its facilities in Holmsund, Sweden will be shut down and the entire workforce of 120 will have to go. According to the company management the reason for the closure is less orders. Negotiations with the unions have been initiated and the dismissals are expected to start within 6 months.
