European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Pursuant to the ruling by the court in Avignon, personal support association Solidom will be liquidated by 30 October 2010 and all 216 employees will be laid off. Based in Morières-les-Avignon, it had branches in Carpentras, Perth, Cavaillon and Avignon Bollène. The company has recently suffered from the arrival of private operators in this sector.
