Description
Barclays has announced its intention to expand its presence in Glasgow with the creation of 600 new jobs. The company received more than 6.5 million pounds in funding from Scottish Enterprise. Scotlands first minister welcomed the move saying that "This Government recognises the major contribution the financial services industry makes to Scotland's economy, We are determined to continue to support the industry in maintaining its strengths."
