Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Groupe CLAF, which trains job seekers for employment centres and local authorities in France, has announced an increased in its workforce from 250 to 500 persons by the end of the year. The workforce expansion will be created by the group's upcoming acquisition of two new training centres. The group is set in twelve regions of the country and in fact had bought two other training centres just recently. They attribute their rapid growth to rising unemployment in France.
