Description
Prevent Global, a holding company with a number of companies producing car seat covers, has entered bankruptcy. All 160 employees will lose their jobs.
Although the company went through some internal restructuring last year, it has not succeeded in surviving the severe reduction in orders from traditional customers due to a downturn in the car manufacturing industry. Moreover, the existing owners of Prevent Global do not seem to be interested in keeping the company operational. The company is part of the Skupina Prevent (Prevent Group).
