European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
American Molex Company, a producer of wire harnesses for the auto industry, are to cut 700 jobs before the end of June 2010. The company has decided to discontinue production activities in Slovakia; the company will retain some 100 employees in the short-term to wind down operations.
