European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The factory Peugeot-Citroen in Mangualde announced that it will replenish the third shift in the unit. This was abolished in 2009. This decision will result in the creation of 300 jobs.The third shift will restart from working on from next November on for a duration of six months. Its continuity will depend on further evaluation of market conditions. The company justified the measure by the need to deal with expected incoming orders.
