European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
McDonald's, the fast-food restaurant chain, is to create 850 new jobs in Italy in the period 2010-2011. The company envisages to open 80 new restaurants by the end of 2012. In Italy McDonald's has around 13,500 employees.
