European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Printing company QuadWinkowski announced a relocation that will result in the loss of 710 jobs. The company is liquidating its two production plants in the city of Piła and moving the entire production to Wyszkow in central Poland. The redundancies will start in July and end in September 2010. At least 120 employees will be offered relocation to the the city of Wyszkow. The company's restructuring plans have been negotiated with trade union representatives and an agreement regulating the process of collective dismissals has been signed.
