European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
IT group Logica announced it is to recruit 700 IT professionals in the Benelux countries. The job creation results from the increasing demand for IT services. This instance of job creation seems to be counter to the trend in the sector. In 2009 Logica had gradually decreased its workforce from 6000 to the present 5000 employees.
