European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Food group Sos Corporación has proposed substituting the temporary employment regulation file that was presented last November for all of its centres in Spain with a termination layoff plan that will affect 150 workers that the company says "it is unable to keep as part of its workforce", according to the UGT Union's Agri-foods Federation. This represents 20% of the permanent workforce.
