Description
Helicopter maker Eurocopter announced plans to cut 250 jobs in its support operations in France as part of a €155 million cost-saving plan. The subsidiary of European aerospace group EADS is seeking to cope with the downturn in the civil helicopter market and will combine the cuts with investment in new projects, including two new helicopter models. The company is also planning to increase the share of its military helicopter production.
