European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Eurobank is closing a number of its local branches, mainly in northern Poland, and is planning to cut 130 jobs. The branches will continue to run but as independent franchises. Eurobank hope that many of the employees to be laid off will be hired by the new franchise owners.
