European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Kedainiu siltnamiai, the company engaged in growing of vegetables in Kedainiai, announced its bankruptcy on 22 February, 2010. The company employed approximately 200 employees. The management of the company refused to comment on the causes of the bankruptcy. According to the press, debt owed to only Lithuanian State Tax Inspectorate amounts to 100,000 LTL.
