European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hosiery producer Marie Claire has agreed with unions to press on with plans to dismiss 175 workers at a plant in Vilafranca, Castellon. Its production line at the plant is due to close as it becomes an administrative base. All of those dismissed are to be offered a redundancy package.
