European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Perla Majestic group announced the opening of the hotel Coral Beach, located in Mamaia and hiring of 300 persons on top of the 100 already employed. The new jobs will be created by the end of the summer 2010. The investment is worth about 15 million euro; the construction of the hotel started three years ago.
